Maintaining and protecting Perth heritage buildings

Perth’s heritage buildings, fewer in existence these days, are not only examples of quality craftsmanship but also tell us stories about where we live – industries that existed, how societies functioned and past cultural influences. They also add character, diversity and beauty to the city's landscape. Experts in structural building maintenance operating since 1969 headed by registered builders, architects and painters, Conspar has been involved in several heritage building projects in Perth to help restore these important aspects of the city’s history and features. Some of these projects include work on Belgium Beer Café, Mosman Park Memorial Hall (Camelot Theatre), St Patrick's Community Care Centre, St Constantine and Helene Greek Orthodox Church and Carmelite Monastery.
