Conspar has completed structural maintenance works to a block of oceanfront units in Cottesloe.
The works have included structural repairs to common access areas of the residential block of units involving treatment of concrete cancer occurring at structural columns and beams.
Conspar work at the seaside units has also included structural repair works to individual balconies of the complex where concrete cancer was present, as well as structural repair works to the property's uncover resident carport.
