Mt Lawley apartment complex gets restoration works

Conspar has started restoration works at a large block of apartments in Mt Lawley.

The project features a diverse range of structural building repairs that include restoration of corroded steel lintels and a damaged brickwork lintel, replacement of corroded steel posts with hot-dipped galvanised metal, addressing water ingress issues at the complex by installing drainage outlets, repairing cracked external floor surfaces and waterproofing using Conspar's 5-layer protective coating system (water and abrasion resistant to help protect surfaces against concrete cancer development).
