Conspar structural maintenance works have begun at a residential strata apartment complex in Northbridge.
The first stage of the project has involved carrying out structural maintenance works to an apartment in the complex where the owners had reported moisture issues being present.
Following an investigation by Conspar, led by two registered builders with more than 50 years combined industry experience, the restoration programme was set to treat the rising damp diagnosed.
Once completed, the next stage of works will be to restore the exterior side of the unit which is a brick wall.
