Conspar has carried out investigative works at an East Perth apartment block to find the cause of water ingress affecting the building.
Water ingress damage was found at the undercover carpark of the building which is located below a series of individual balconies.
As can be seen by the photos pictured taken during the investigation, the waterproof membrane installed under one of the tiled balconies of the building is almost non-existent.
