Conspar has begun carrying out waterproofing works to apartments at a residential complex in Highgate.
The works are in response to a water ingress problem that has been occurring at the site and will involve two areas of work at balconies of the building.
The first area of work is waterproofing the planterboxes of the apartments, which includes upgrading their drainage systems for adequate functioning.
The second area of waterproofing works involves the floors of the balconies, which includes the drainage systems.
The floors are currently being prepared for waterproofing by having the tiles and water-blocked screed removed.
