Conspar waterproofing and protective coatings are essential for long-term building protection.
Waterproofing, vital for tiled surfaces like bathrooms, balconies, terraces and courtyards, helps to prevent water penetration and significant building damage like concrete cancer.
Conspar waterproof protective floor coatings also works to help prevent water ingress damage such as concrete cancer. Applied to walkways, balconies, stairways and verandahs of residential, commercial and public buildings and factory and warehouse floors the coatings are waterproof and more abrasion-resistant than concrete protecting surfaces from wear and tear (including mechanical and chemical abrasion caused by forklifts or chemical spills) and water absorption. They also allow for thermal expansion and contraction of the concrete to avoid cracking and opportunities for water ingress and can be tinted in owner choice of colours.

All aspects of Conspar work are warranted as per the minimum requirements of the Home Building Contracts Act and all materials are covered by a minimum 10-year warranty. Twenty-year warranty systems are also available on request which meet all applicable standards.
